Refund policy

 

NKWO does not offer refunds on items, however, we offer exchanges or store credits for all full-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original tags.‍

• All items should be returned within 10 days after delivery for an exchange or store credit.
• Returns require a minimum of  2-5 business days to arrive at our studio. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
• Please email us at info@nkwo.design with your order number in the subject line to submit your return request. You are responsible for repackaging and shipping the item on time.
